Old Dominion Freight Line will promote Clayton Brinker, director of financial reporting and accounting, to succeed retiring vice president of finance and accounting, carrier Kim Maready. announced last week.
Brinker will become the company’s chief accountant after Maready retires, effective Aug. 2, the filing said.
Maready has agreed to remain with the carrier until then to help with the transition.
Prior to joining Old Dominion in 2016, Brinker served as Solar Materials’ corporate controller at SunEdison for approximately one year.
From August 2008 to January 2015, he worked as a director at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
